Brief Description of the Service

Permanent Residency is an immigration status that grants foreign nationals the right to live, work, or study anywhere in Canada without needing a work permit or study permit. Although they are not Canadian citizens, permanent residents can access most of the social benefits that citizens receive, including healthcare. There are several pathways to achieve this status, which include both federal and provincial programs.

  • Federal Skilled Worker: This pathway operates under the Express Entry system and is designed for skilled professionals with foreign work experience who wish to immigrate to Canada.

  • Canadian Experience Class: Also part of the Express Entry system, the Canadian Experience Class is aimed at candidates who have gained work experience in Canada.

  • Federal Skilled Trades Class: Tailored for skilled tradespersons with experience in specific occupations such as electricians, plumbers, welders, and others, this program is also administered through the Express Entry system.

  • Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs): These are immigration pathways run by individual Canadian provinces and territories. PNPs allow provinces to nominate individuals who have the skills, education, and work experience needed to contribute economically to that specific province. Successful nominees receive a provincial nomination, which can then be used to apply for permanent residence via the Express Entry, which is the federal immigration system.

What We Do

  • Initial Immigration Consultation: During our first meeting we will focus on understanding your circumstances, objectives, and any concerns you may have about the immigration process. We will provide a detailed walkthrough of the application stages, timelines, and expectations. We will also ask you for your immigration-related information and documentation.

  • Document Preparation and Collection: One of the most daunting aspects of immigration is the extensive documentation required. We will provide you with a tailored checklist and then assist you in gathering and organizing all necessary documents. This includes identifying and resolving any issues with document eligibility, ensuring every piece of paperwork adheres to IRCC's or, in the case of PNPs, to Canadian provinces and territories' strict standards.

  • Assistance with BC PNP Application and Submission: Should you opt for a provincial nomination by applying through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) along with your Express Entry application for permanent residency, we are here to provide comprehensive support. We will guide you through the requirements, outline the submission process, and set clear expectations for the journey ahead. Our services include completing all essential documentation, representing you legally, and ensuring your application package is submitted accurately and efficiently.

  • Profile Creation in the IRCC System: We will take the information that has been gathered and accurately set up your profile with IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). This technical step is crucial, as mistakes here can lead to delays or refusals. We ensure that your profile is a precise reflection of your circumstances, completed in a manner that meets the IRCC criteria. This phase also encompasses establishing and meticulously refining a distinct profile within the Express Entry system. By doing so, we enhance your prospects, positioning you optimally for selection for permanent residency during the subsequent government application review round.

  • Application Filling, Review, and Submission: This step involves several sub-steps. We will:

    • Fill out all necessary forms on your behalf, both before and after receiving the 'Invitation to Apply' (ITA), ensuring there are no errors or omissions that could jeopardize your application.

    • Cross-verify all the information provided to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

    • Act as your legal representative with IRCC, which includes preparing a representative form and submitting your application package.

    • Communicate with you regularly about the status and provide clear instructions for any next steps (e.g., biometrics).

  • Post-Submission Communication and Monitoring: After your application is submitted, our support continues. We will:

    • Monitor your application's status, providing you with updates at each stage.

    • Be the point of contact for any communication from IRCC, ensuring queries or requests for additional information are handled swiftly and accurately to avoid delays.
