Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I book 30 minutes or 60 minutes?

If you have specific questions about a program you already know you want to pursue, 30 minutes is enough. If you're not sure what options are available to you and want to explore the full picture, book 60 minutes — we'll walk through everything that could apply to your situation.

  • What happens before the consultation?

Once you book, we send you a Zoom link and a short questionnaire about your situation. This lets us come prepared so we don't spend your time on basic questions — we start with what actually matters for your case.

  • Can't I just find this information online for free?

You can — but a lot of what's out there is outdated, incorrect, or written in such legal language that it's easy to misunderstand. Facebook groups and forums are full of well-meaning advice that simply doesn't apply to your specific situation. A consultation cuts through all of that — you get accurate, up-to-date information tailored to your exact profile, without spending weeks going in circles trying to piece it together yourself.

  • Can my spouse or partner join the consultation?

Absolutely — and for major PR programs we actually encourage it. Many applications are assessed based on both partners' profiles combined, so having both of you on the call allows us to assess your situation accurately, calculate scores for each of you, and give you the most complete picture of your options from the start.
